The other weekend I went along the Ming Dynasty City Wall. This is the last remaining section of the Inner City wall in Beijing City and has one of the corner towers. There are more photos inside the Beijing Winter 2011-12 photo gallery.

Last Saturday we had a lunar eclipse over China, first one in 10 years for China and the first full lunar eclipse i have seen. I took snapshots every 10 or so minutes. This is snapshots I took from 8pm to 10pm

First snow of the winter happened just the other day, only lasted for the rest of the day. Last year the first snow didn’t arrive until February so its nice to see it early. Were starting to Hit daily highs of -1 Celsius so soon any snow landing will be permanent.

I just received and accepted my offer of enrollment. Next year I will be officially starting my studies in a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors BE(Hons) and then specialising into Civil Engineering BE(Civil). Well i know now what im doing for the next four years
